Zagato Teases One-of-a-Kind Alfa Romeo Coach

Here we have a bird’s-eye shot of the TZ3 Corsa, designed by coach builder Zagato Atelier. The latest party to get in on celebrating Alfa’s 100th birthday, Zagato created the one-off for a German driver. The firm built a tubular frame and lightweight aluminum body atop a mono-shell carbon fiber tubular chassis.

In Zagato’s own words: “The TZ3 Corsa is a race car, honouring the 100th anniversary of Alfa Romeo’s racing Heritage. It celebrates the men and machines of the Alfa Romeo Zagato common tradition: Scuderia Ferrari of 20′s and 30′s, Alfa Corse of 40′s and 50′s, Autodelta of 60′s and 70′s up to the latest Scuderia Zagato of 80′s and 90′s.” The car will officially premier at the Concorso d’Eleganza Villa d’Este, taking place from April 23 to April 25.
