World’s Fastest Watch Inspired By Bugatti Veyron Super Sport
By Chris Weiss
Not two months ago, Bugatti driver Pierre-Henri Raphanel made a little news when he took a drive around Volkswagen’s Ehra-Lessien track. That little drive ended with the Veyron Super Sport becoming the fastest production car on the face of the Earth, with a 268-mph run.
While the world was focused on the car, there was another sexy piece of hardware in the mix. Raphanel wore a special edition luxury watch by Parmigiani.
Now you too can own what Parmigiani calls the “fastest watch in the world.” And by you, I mean a tiny percentage of people that are extremely wealthy. Because the watch costs $259,000 and only 200 will be built.
It certainly is a cool watch, but if you can even contemplate dropping a quarter mil on a watch, you might be better off just saving for an actual Veyron Super Sport–a much more befitting piece of memorabilia. [Acquire via Dvice]
