U.S.-Bound Buick Regal Spotted on Facebook

Facebook is usually the go-to source for seeing how drunk your latest Web friend or fling got on any given weeknight, not the place for hard news. However, the social networking site has been the source of a revealing photo of the Buick Regal, a car which Buick confirmed is headed for the U.S. Speculation is that the U.S. Regal will be based on the Insignia and will be similar to the Regal offered in the Chinese market. The picture, which claims to be a rough, early version of the U.S. Regal, shows some deviations from the Chinese model including slight changes to the foglights and front end. The car will likely feature a 2.4-liter four-cylinder engine with other options including a 2.0-liter turbo and V6. We’ll see if the final version holds true to this picture.
