Toyota Recalls 2010 Lexus GX460
By Chris Weiss
Last week, Toyota stopped sale on the 2010 Lexus GX460 so that it could respond to a Consumer Reports warning that the SUV was prone to rollover. Toyota followed up today by issuing an official recall on the model.
The recall involves 9,400 GX460 models, which will get an update in the Vehicle Stability Control software designed at averting the rollover issues that can occur on turns. The software is expected to land in dealers by the end of the month and will take an hour to update in a GX460. [via LeftLaneNews]
