We respectfully disagree with BF Performance’s contention that “the Gallardo is too innocent and neither dynamic nor individual enough”, but we’ll take a look at its tune anyway.  The tuner’s GT600 package is available for either the coupe or Spyder and centers around a carbon body kit with side skirts, rear diffuser and rear spoiler. The tune also gets wing doors “for the special appearance” and carbon ceramic brakes.

Before you get too excited about the Superleggera video embedded below, we should note that it wasn’t filmed on a track or beautiful byway running through the Dolomites. It’s simply a video of the key-lime Lambo spinning around on its pedestal at the Geneva Motor Show. While we’d rather see the LP570-4 Superleggera in action, the video does provide an intimate, f0ur-minute look at every crease, line and corner. Oh and there’s some sexy, dolled-up European show models mixed in too.

For a quick recap, Lamborghini sawed over 150 lbs. off the Gallardo, bringing it under 3,000. The Bull also added 10 horses, making for a 3.4-second 0 to 62 sprint and 202 mph top speed. [via Carscoop]

Automakers approaching a major auto show are a little like kids on Christmas Eve: they just can’t wait until the day is officially here. Lamborghini is the latest automaker to introduce a Geneva centerpiece a little early. The Raging Bull has provided the full details of its spanking-new, lightning-fast Gallardo LP570-4 Superleggera, which loses weight and gains power and performance.

Lamborghini has broken the 3,000-lb. mark, cutting the weight of the Superleggera down to 2,954 lbs through the use of generous amounts of carbon fiber and polycarbonate. It also adds a modest 10 horses to the car by tuning the engine management software. The Superleggera uses a six-speed e-gear transmission.

Mazda RX8 Decked Out in Lamborghini Garb Isn’t Earning Much Respect on the Street

Mazda RX 8 Lamborghini Mazda RX8 Decked Out in Lamborghini Garb Isnt Earning Much Respect on the Street

While we admire the creativity and gusto needed to attempt to build a Lamborghini out of a Mazda RX8, this shell of a vehicle basically strips everything good from both sides of the melting pot and leaves behind one scarred frame.

A Carscoop reader from Singapore has taken to trying to make a one-of-a-kind RX8 with elements pulled from the Reventon and Estoque concept. We can definitely see the influence, but unfortunately it’s busy suffocating all hope and joy out of the car.

Lambo Pretty in Pink Lamborghini Sums Up All Thats Wrong with Capitalism

If you thought you were angry at the crafty, Madoff-esque criminals that robbed hard-working Americans blind only to add a few yachts to their stables and vacation homes to their real estate portfolios, we have some news for you: this Lamborghini Gallardo might inspire murderous thoughts that last for weeks on end.

Kirk Wright, a deplorable hedge-fund manager  defrauded his customers to the tune of $185 million. And what was so important that he needed all that money for? Apparently, a sickening, pinked-up, rhinestoned Lamborghini Gallardo for his wife.

Frankensteined Mustang/Gallardo Up For Sale

Lamborghini Gallardo Mustang Frankensteined Mustang/Gallardo Up For Sale

We’re not sure why anyone would want to shovel the innards of a Lamborghini Gallardo into a Mustang shell (as nice as the ‘Stang is, we’d just stick with the Gallardo), but perhaps that’s why this baby–the Tractorri–is up for sale.

Designed by John Haugh of Cleveland, and displayed by Ford at the 2007 SEMA show, the Tractorri is the product of a sizzling affair between a raging bull and galloping mustang. Haugh manipulated the 5.0-liter V10 engine behind the front seats of the 2007 coupe and fitted the E-gear sequential automatic transmission and AWD system to it to provide Gallardo gusto rolled neatly into a Mustang package. The interior and rear end were also redesigned to look Gallardo-esque.

See How You Can Personalize Your Very Own Lamborghini

Lamborghini Ad Personam5 See How You Can Personalize Your Very Own Lamborghini

On its face, the Lamborghini may look plenty exclusive in its own right, but if you’re privileged enough to cohort with a circle of other Lambo owners, the exclusivity likely sheds away quickly. To provide an extra hint of ownership and originality, the Raging Bull has initiated the Ad Personam Program, which gives owners the opportunity to add their own personalized accents to their cars. Examples include a wide selection of colors for the exterior, interior and stitching.

To show you the potential of the program, Lamborghini released a promo video, which you can watch after the jump. [via WCF]

Lamborghini Ankonian Might Just Eat Your Children

I don’t believe many independent designers were ever accused of not going all-out, balls-to-the-wall in their work. The Lamborghini Ankonian may not appeal to you. You may not even want to look at it again. But you can’t accuse designer Slavche Tanevski of not taking his vision and executing it to the utmost extreme.

Looking like it could be the KITT of the future, the car isn’t quite a looker. We enjoy the profile, and like how the designer blended sharp angles with more natural curves, but that giant back end looks as though it’s about to eat the cab and everyone in it. We’d like to pull off those massive panels in front and back and see what this Lambo has on underneath.

Lamborghini Murcielago LP650 4 Roadster 9 AE Edition Matte Black Lamborgini Murcielago LP650 4

The powerful and sexy Lamborghini Murcielago LP650-4 is already pretty exclusive and stylish on its own. Not exclusive enough for some. The owner of this upgraded LP650-4 truly made the car his own.

The Murcielago was stripped off its standard paint job and covered in a matte black scheme with gloss black accents. The car rolls on 19-inch GFG forged alloy wheels covered by Pirelli P-Zeroes ( 245/30/19 front and 355/25/19 rear).
