McLaren Automotive Planning US Sales Network – When McLaren steps back into the world of production automobiles to supplement it’s motorsports branch, they’re aware of how important the U.S. market is. With the launch of the McLaren MP4-12Cv coming in 2011, McLaren is planning a sales network in the United States that would distribute its product to high-end clientele in major U.S. cities. Presently, North American Regional Director Anthony Joseph is planning 10 dealerships in the U.S., whereas 15 are slated for Europe. Beyond the McLaren MP4-12Cv, McLaren Automotive is also planning an entry level vehicle for around $100,000. It’s exciting to see that the rumors of McLaren’s plans for the U.S. are beginning to take hold– we’re excited to see them on the roads come 2011.
