Mazda Redesigns the Mazda 5
By Chris Weiss
Mazda has debuted a redesigned version of its Mazda 5 van at the Geneva Motor Show. The van is the first production Mazda to get a full injection of Nagare Flow design language, which provides a fluidity to the vehicle whether in motion or at rest. The exterior design helps the Mazda seamlessly blend with the mountains in the distance.
Other changes to the new 5 include the beaming grille, redesigned center stack inside, power sliding doors and wider seats. The Euro-spec 5 will come with 2.0-liter direct-injected engine or a 1.8-liter option, both of which come mated to a six-speed manual gearbox. [via Inside Line]
