Hummer Sale Deadline Extended

GM and Sichuan Tengzhong Heavy Industrial Machinery Company have extended the deadline for the sale of Hummer until the end of the month. The deal dates back to October and was originally supposed to be concluded last month. The companies are still awaiting approval from Chinese regulators that is necessary before the deal can proceed.
Last month, GM halted production of Hummers as it awaited approval from the Chinese.
