Details Leak on the 2011 Ford Mustang

The 2011 Ford Mustang is destined for the LA Auto Show, and thanks to some leaked details lassoed by GM Inside News, we have a better idea of when and what to expect. Orders for the new Mustang will begin on January 18, according to the leak, and production is to begin mid-March. The California Special  package is expected to make a return, and an optional six-speed auto trannie, three 19-inch tire choices and Brembo brakes option are also mentioned.

Unfortunately, no word on the meat of the car was leaked, but past speculation has been that the ‘11 Mustang will get two engine options: a 3.7-liter Duratec V-6 good for 315 hp and a 5.0-liter V8 that offers 400 hp.
