Chrysler Releases Pictures of Redesigned Jeep Wrangler
By Chris Weiss
Look quickly at the picture above and you might think you’re looking at a 2010 Jeep Wrangler. In fact, stare at it for a few minutes, and you’ll think the same. That’s because there’s not much new going on outside. The major exterior change is that Sahara models get a body-color hard top.
The focus of the redesigned Wrangler models, which hit production this week, is on the other side of the doors, with brand-new interiors that feature upgraded materials; steering-wheel mounted controls for audio, Bluetooth and cruise control; new instrument panel and a new lockable console. The new Wrangler will also feature a USB port and a number of new colors: Detonator Yellow, Deep Cherry Red, Sahara Tan, Cosmos Blue and Bright White. See a few of those after the jump.
