BMW Updates Motorcyle Line With New R 1200 GS and Adventure

On road or off, the BMW R 1200 GS is a spry, powerful little two-wheeler that offers performance and versatility for riders that sport a go-anwhere mentality. The newly-unveiled 2010 version of the bike will get even better than models of years past. The update will get a modified boxer engine with dual overhead cams that boosts horsepower by 5 percent, for a total of 110 hp.
For those that want to push the limits a bit farther, BMW will also offer an updated R 1200 GS Adventure, which gets increased suspension travel, spoked wheels and large, 8.7-gallon fuel tank. [via AutoBlog]
