Aston Martin V8 Vantage Gets Even Sweeter Courtesy of Robb Report

When unleashed into a coherent sentence, the words “limited edition” and “Aston Martin” are enough to bring tears of joy to hardened political assassins. Of course, those tears are always quickly dried by the fact that it’s some other guy’s limited edition and you’ll never get a whiff of it. In this case, the custom Aston Martin V8 Vantage Roadsters are the property of luxury magazine Robb Report. The seven special edition Vantages crafted by Aston Martin and Robb Report will each be branded with a unique build plate beginning with 001 and ending with…you guessed it…007. Black is the theme of the roadster with black roof, interior and body accented with some chrome and glossy black wood veneer. The engine stays true to the standard V8 Vantage–420 hp 4.7 liter V8–but the Robb Report version does add the three-spoke steering wheel of the DBS and an exclusive luggage set. The special editions are available via special order through Aston Martin dealers and are set at $153K. [via Motor Authority]
