Aston Martin Unveils Special-Edition Carbon Black DBS and V12

Almost making up for the small, chunky and unnecessary Cygnet concept, the boys over in Gaydon have also been keeping busy with these Carbon Black editions that are absolutely stunning. The special-edition package is available for both the DBS and V12 Vantage.
The cars get 50 man hours of bespoke Carbon Black metallic paint applied by hand. And what uber-wealthy Aston owner doesn’t appreciate the idea of lowly paid technicians slaving over his fancy sports car for 50 hours.
The black theme continues throughout the cars–Obsidian black leather interior, carbon fiber side stake (V12 Vantage), piano black fascia trim and lightweight carbon fiber and Kevlar seats.
The special editions are available for pre-order now and pricing will be released next month. It’s expected to be 5% over base. Deliveries will begin in March. [via Jalopnik]
