Arash AF-10: Britain’s Next Supercar
By Chris WeissBearing a remarkable resemblance to a disjointed Ferrari Enzo, the Arash AF-10 is a supercar that’s floated around in renderings and prototypes for the past several years. Today, word is that the British supercar will actually see production within the next few years.
The car earns its wings with extensive carbon fiber bodywork and an LS7 engine from the Corvette Z06 powered up to 550 horses and 465 lb-ft of torque. The engine is matched to a six-speed Graziano transmission. Future plans include 800 and 1000-hp renditions.
Arash plans to produce just 70 examples over the next five years. Don’t get your hopes up too high as the car will cost a staggering 320,000 pounds–about $535K. I’d just as well opt for an Enzo at that point. [via AutoBlog]
