It’s time to remedy a piece of missed news. At Fiat’s conference earlier this week, Sergio Marchionne outlined Alfa Romeo’s plans over the next few years, and new Ferraris and Maseratis won’t be the only vehicles coming out of Fiat’s network. Alfa has seven new models planned over the next few years.

The plans get started with two new crossover vehicles that will be designed in Italy and built in North America in anticipation of Alfa’s return to the market. The smaller of the two, dubbed C-SUV, will go into production in 2012 and the larger model, the D-SUV, will follow in 2014.

Next up are the Giuls of Alfa’s line-up. The Giulia sedan and wagon, which will replace the 159, will launch in 2012. The Giulietta, a car that we’ve seen plenty of, will launch in Europe later this year and in the U.S. in 2014.

The MiTo will make it here to the States in 2013, and Alfa will replace the current Spider that same year.  [via Inside Line]
