Porsche is currently putting the finishing touches on its 2011 Cayenne S Hybrid, which will be displayed at the Geneva Motor Show. Autocar has printed some of the upcoming hybrid’s specs and given us a look at what to expect.

The Cayenne S Hybrid will pull 325 horses and 324 lb-ft out of Audi’s supercharged 3.0-liter V6 engine. An electric motor will throw in 51 hp and 184 lb-ft, providing the hybrid SUV with a total of 375 hp. This puts the hybrid model just 20 hp short of the 4.8-liter V8 Cayenne. The new Cayenne will make use of Torsen four-wheel drive and an eight-speed automatic transmission.

Performance for the new model is listed at 6.5 seconds for the 0 to 62 mph. The hybrid will provide 28.7 mpg worth of combined fuel economy and towing power for up to 7,716 lbs. Its battery will allow for electric-only driving of 1.2 miles while under speeds of 31 mph.

The Cayenne S Hybrid will hit Europe in the spring. Porsche has not indicated whether it will be offered in the U.S. [Autocar via Motor Authority]
