2011 Lexus LF-A Supercar Spied Ahead of Tokyo

We’re taking a small break from covering the Frankfurt Motor Show and we’re bringing you a bunch of spy shots of the new 2011 Lexus LF-A wandering the streets just before the Tokyo show next month. Speculated to pack a 5.0-liter V-10 engine under the hood, this supercar is rumored to output 550 horsepower with a top speed of 218 mph. Spec wise the new 2011 Lexus LF-A comes with six-piston brake calipers with carbon-ceramic discs, a six-speed sequential automatic gearbox and titanium mufflers as standard. Only 500 units will ever be built and the price to bring this jewel home goes just beyond the $200,000 tag. [via MotorAuthority]
