By Chris Weiss
GM has announced pricing for the upcoming 2011 Buick Regal. Set to be offered in premium CXL trim when it debuts, the Regal CXL will start at $26,995. That will pay for a Regal powered by a direct-injected 2.4-liter Ecotec four cylinder worth 182 horses. The second engine option will be a turbocharged, direct-injected 2.0-liter Ecotec four worth 220 hp, which will base at $29,495. Both prices include a $750 destination charge.
Both models will feature a six-speed automatic transmission with Driver Shift Control. Other standard equipment will include four-wheel disc brakes with ABS, brake assist, StabiliTrak and 18-inch alloy wheels. Inside, drivers will enjoy heated leather front seats, XM satellite radio, Bluetooth and OnStar.
The 2.4-liter Regal will hit streets this spring with the turbo coming in summer. Cheaper CX models are scheduled for model year 2012. [via Carscoop]
